Questions people ask

What happens after the free trial?
Choose a package and add a card. If you don't, your account pauses and nothing is charged. Your invoices stay safe.
What if I go over my invoices?
Paid packages keep working. Extra invoices are added to your next bill at the price shown. During the trial, reading stops at the package limit.
Can I change package or cancel?
Yes, any time from your Account page. Changes are prorated by our payment provider, Stripe.
Who is the Practice package for?
Accounting firms handling invoices for many clients. Each client gets its own space and its own Xero connection.
